Change your mind?
As a customer you have a withdraw period of 30 days. If you have received the ordered product from us and you do not want to keep the product because the product for instance is not what you expected, you can return the product within 30 days after you have received your products. There are some conditions to it. It does not apply to used and worn products and DVDs where the seal is broken!
Return my order?
You can return your purchased products within 30 calendar days of receipt. This does not apply used and worn products and DVDs where the sealing is off.
How does this work? You can make a request returns through the webshop. Here you can enter your email address and reference number of your order. If you have an account and you are logged in you will see the orders you can return. Behind the product is the "return" botton and here you click on the items you wish to return. You must make a choice for exchange or refund. Here you can specify a return reason and give any comment. By giving the reason you can immediately see whether the return fee have to be paid by you or us. Agree to the terms and conditions and place the return request. You will receive a message from us that your return request have been sent and once we have processed it you will be notified.
If you choose a refund we will make sure that once we have received the returned product, you will receive the amount paid within 30 days of return.
If you choose for an exchange we will make sure that, once we receive the product back, you get delivered the desired item within 30 days (if in stock).
Caution! If you return a product outside of the specified conditions, then the payment will not be canceled and we may decide not to take future orders into consideration. Please contact our customerservice (link>) in case of doubt.
Exchange my order?
It may be that you receive a ordered product home and you wanted to have a size smaller or larger, or the color is disappointing. With us you can exchange your purchased products within 30 days (the return costs are at your expense). The exchange does not apply to used and worn products and DVDs where the seal is off. Damaged product or a product I did not ordered?
We strive for high quality and good service. Yet it is possible that something is received damaged or you receive a different product than you ordered. For an improperly received or damaged order: please contact us within 30 days by e-mail (link>).
We find out where it went wrong and we will solve it together with you as soon as possible.
